Monitors, records, assesses and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Minimum Education□ Associate's degree nursing X Required

Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Certifications:
X Basic Life Support (BLS) X Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 1 month of hire X Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 month of hire X TNCC within 1 year hire, ENPC preferred, NRP preferred, Handle with care or equivalent in 120 days of hire
Licenses KY nursing licenseKentucky RN state licensure or compact licensure requiredCEN within 1 year
