    Summary

    • Corrections professionals play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive environment to prepare individuals for successful reintegration into society.

    Duties

    • Handle various administrative tasks such as processing budgets, medical documents, and other paperwork, including updating, researching, and maintaining records.
    • Prioritize assigned duties, gather feedback, prepare reports, and manage records for different departments and monthly financial activities.
    • Assist with technical duties related to medical procurement.
    • Act as a bridge between the Financial Management and Health Services departments.
    • Interact with community hospitals and external consultants regarding billing, appointments, procedures, and medical contractor schedules.
    • Coordinate with external medical facilities for inmate healthcare services, including scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and managing medical transfers.

    Every employee at the correctional institution, including the incumbent, plays a critical role in maintaining the facility's security. Security obligations take precedence over all other responsibilities and are consistently carried out.
