    Store Hours:

    Open daily, Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availability required)
    About the Role:This is more than a retail roleits a chance to become a trusted advisor and design consultant for clients who value quality, ergonomics, and timeless style.

    Youll report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in driving the stores success.


    What Youll Do:

     Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations
    • Design tailored solutions that align with clients needs, preferences, and wellness goals
    • Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads
    • Collaborate with the A&D (Architecture & Design) community to grow brand awareness and partnerships
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience
    • Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency
    What Were Looking For: Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools
    • Ability to lift/move items over 20 lbs and adhere to safety protocols

    Compensation range for this role is $ $21.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors .

    You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
