    Luke#s Cardiology Associates has an excellent opportunity for 1 BC/BE cardiac EP to join one other EP physician in an already thriving practice.

    This physician will join a well-established group of board certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant.

    The cardiac program offers a wide range of services including electrophysiology, interventional and non-invasive cardiology, open-heart surgery, cardiac rehabilitation and cardiac risk reduction program.

    St.

    Luke#s EP physicians utilize a state-of-the-art lab that opened in August 2015 for pacemakers and ablations, and will have access to EP-specific OR staff, excellent support from pacemaker clinic nurses, Watchman program.

    Luke#s employed position JOB SUMMARY Physicians provide comprehensive care for the appropriate patient population including diagnosing and treating a wide variety of illnesses that can occur in any of the body systems.

    Physicians use a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques to treat patients through medication and hospitalization. Responsible for meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients and providing them with healthcare services that embody the St. Luke#s mission, The Patient Above All Else.

    Prescribes patients with appropriate procedures, medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery from diagnosed health issues, prevent future health issues and promote a healthier life.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:
    MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school


    Experience:
    Completion of accredited residency program and fellowship program


    Licensure/Certification/Registration:
    Current or pending license in Minnesota and/or WI to practice as Physician. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin.
