- Track KPI's and hold team members accountable
- Lead positive change throughout production by utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
- 3+ years of management or leadership
