The Role:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for leading social media, influencer campaigns, and partnerships that help grow brand awareness and drive new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute organic social strategy across various brand and innovation priorities
Lead influencer marketing efforts, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization
Cultivate and manage partnerships to amplify the brand and drive business results
Provide data-driven insights to inform future campaigns and optimize performance

Requirements:

4+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience leading influencer campaigns and managing social channels
Proven track record of developing multi-channel digital campaigns
Understanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to analyze campaign performance
Proficient knowledge of key social media platforms and best practices
Excellent communication skills and digitally savvy mindset
