Job summary
The Florida Institute for Governance and Civics is seeking up to two scholar-practitioners who can teach across the program's core curriculum and mentor students preparing for positions as in teaching and leadership in K–12 classical schools, policy organizations, think tanks, or higher education.Courses emphasize Socratic seminars,
close reading,
oral defense,
evidence-based argumentation.
- A Ph.D. in Education Philosophy Classics Cognitive Science or related field by August 2026.
- Experience teaching Socratic seminar leading text-based discussions.
