    POSITION OVERVIEW

    This Senior Yardi Support Specialist position has a global impact on integrations between software platforms and applications especially in terms of collaboration tools, supporting systems and assigned third-party programs. This position will work within a cross-functional team environment.

    Qualifications

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Maintain knowledge of core property management system and ancillary product versions, plug-in updates, technical reports (TR) and product enhancement roadmaps

    · Consult product client support and review release notes to provide recommendations to the organization for upgrades/updates

    · Schedule and coordinate resources from company support departments not limited to Property Accounting, Technology Services, Digital and Advertising Services, and Cyber Security to release updates seamlessly to product end users

    · Monitor and respond to property management and ancillary product service requests in the company internal user helpdesk system, and deliver expeditious, high-quality resolutions in accordance with service level agreements (SLA)

    · Track and review performance data to identify trends and issues and develop performance improvement plans

    · Oversight of assigned third-party programs including deployment, account updates, associate training, and user changes

    · Partner with various internal and external groups to define and recommend solutions that accommodate future innovation and growth strategies

    · Lead in the creation of standards and compliance with Best Practices, Procedures and Standards within the organization

    · Develop plans for testing of new practices, software updates, and third-party integrations, document and communicate user experience (UX) challenges to vendor partners

    · Determine readiness of deployment plans, create schedule of phased implementation, and prepare training materials for applications of new practices, software updates, and third-party integrations

    · Participate in all company Transition/Disposition Meetings and leads in the data migration of properties scheduled to operate on associates' core property management platform; responsibilities to include management and coordination of ancillary services required for new property setup

    · Creation of property entities within the software, and oversight of property controls, accounting practice defaults, integration of third-party software

    · Construction of required documents from final reports provided by prior operations to import resident details and demographics into the property management software suite

    · Review training materials, quarterly, to include documentation housed in Software Services Help Resources in Greenshare, classes recorded for on-demand use and housed in company LMS

    · Recommend training plan relative to operations software in use at a property, and work in conjunction with VG Training Department to communicate plans and schedules to new users and for associate growth and development

    · Mentorship of junior members of department to foster growth in teammates, and broaden team's understanding of processes, functions, integrations, and co-dependencies of the products the department supports

    · Be available for other duties as assigned by Supervisor

    · Always represents both Village Green and each owner in a professional and businesslike manner

    REQUIREMENTS

    · College degree preferred

    · 2-4 years' experience

    · Work affords significant opportunity to act independently on assigned tasks with duties performed under minimal supervision

    · Ability to manage complex projects medium to large, in size and scope, time and budget

    · Organizational astuteness, managing processes and process improvement

    · Strong attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output

    · Flexibility in directional changes.

    · Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other related software
