    Description
    Connected-Mid Valley Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) to serve in our new Willamette Valley area location (Salem/Woodburn). The Clinical Manager is responsible for daily operations of hospice care services ensuring field support to clinical team is available and patient care is coordinated, managed, and delivered appropriately; provide staff coverage and training; will assist the Director of Clinical Services (DCS) in the overall direction, implementation and evaluation of goals and objectives of hospice care services

    Essential Duties
    • Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services
    • Ensures compliance of clinical operations with local, state and federal laws
    • Assists with development and implementation of orientation, training and Quality Assurance programs
    • Assists DCS with hiring, evaluating, and providing training/coaching with staff
    • Promotes Hospice referrals in the healthcare community
    • Ensures and provides staff coverage including, but not limited to, performing direct patients care.
    Requirements and Qualifications
    • Must have RN licensure in Oregon
    • 2 years management experience in Hospice or a related health care organization
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order

    Pay: $110.00-$130.00
