At SJP, we aspire to be leaders in racial justice and health equity.

We serve a broad spectrum of patients from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds including patients who immigrated from various countries, and for which English is not their first language.

We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, high-quality primary care that takes care of the whole person, family and community.

We have a large, multidisciplinary team that works together to meet every health-related need for our patients while prioritizing our relationships and joy.

As part of our Primary Care Physician team, you will delve into patient-focused practice while embracing a team and value-based population health management approach.

For our patients with complex conditions, we provide care coordination and enhanced communication with multiple specialists who are part of our patients' care teams.

We are dedicated to leveraging an innovative clinical model and optimizing its implementation.

Diversity and inclusivity are at the core of our values. We are dedicated to serving a diverse patient community and fostering diversity among our faculty and staff. Our clinics operate within a supportive, team-based model centered around the patient, delivering care that's collaborative, and culturally sensitive.
