SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Oraganizes, plans, directs, and supports the Operations division leadership development programs and coordinates the analysis, drafting, and continual appraisal of operational procedures for system-wide improvement. This position collaborates with all operations division departments to plan, implement and monitor the effectiveness of professional learning sessions, key performance indicators, development of process/procedures, standard operating procedures, collective bargaining contract training, monitoring leadership retention within operations.
