Lead Team members by managing and executing plant processes
Management team members in attaining production and quality goals
Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customers service are met.
Team leaders are usually " on their feet" in the production area about 80% of the shift

Pay Range:
base on qualifications

Monday - Friday and weekends as needed
