    About the role

    The Data Analyst, QA will be assisting in the development and execution of a comprehensive audit program. As part of this role, you will independently verify the integrity and accuracy of data across our entire organization. You will work on projects with various levels of complexity. Your key responsibility will be to thoroughly test data completeness and accuracy from its origin to the systems it interacts with, using your skills to independently query and analyze system data.

    Responsibilities

    • Designing and implementing testing plans for processes
    • Identifying procedures for the quality control of processes and services
    • Informing the development team about defects and errors
    • Communicating about the findings from a test result to the development team
    • Monitoring effort to resolve product issues and track progress
    • Spotting areas for improvement to enhance product efficiency
    • Creating reports related to the quality of the product and what changes are needed to be done to achieve the desired quality
    • Testing the software product's quality by finding and removing bugs

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree and or 3-5 years of experience in a quality analyst role
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and office applications
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Customer service-oriented mindset
    • Knowledge of insurance billing and coding is a plus
    • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
