Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:

• Assists and follows directions from the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Learn to perform maintenance checks of apartment units and identify problem areas.
• Learn to check and repair or replace plumbing connections for safety & functionality.
• Learn to check all appliances and applicable connections for safety & functionality.
• Learn to perform preventative maintenance such as caulking around tub & water closet areas, attaching shower guards, removing covers from wall heaters & cleaning.
• Learn to prepare unit turnovers.
• Learns to perform preventative property maintenance such as: various exterior maintenance, gutter repair or replacement, siding replacement, paint touch-up, patch pavement.
• Picks up trash and keeps common areas clean and free of debris.
