Description

As a Fine Dining Support Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and supporting the waitstaff in delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

• Assist the waitstaff in setting up tables and ensuring they are properly arranged
• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have
• Assist in taking orders and delivering food and beverages to tables
• Clear tables and ensure they are properly set for the next guests
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Previous experience in a fine dining establishment preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
