    Research Assistant Opportunity in Neurology and Network Science

    The Research Assistant (RA) will collaborate with a diverse team to delve into advanced research in neurology and network science.

    Join us in federally funded clinical studies exploring the correlation between patients' social networks and their neurological progress. You will even have a chance to lead your project under the guidance of the Principal Investigator.


    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide support on clinical research projects following study protocols.
    • Recruit and assess potential study participants, conduct interviews, and manage data accurately.
    • Engage with patients regarding study procedures, education, and follow-ups.
    • Handle data collection, maintenance of patient databases, and documentation.
    • Ensure study information is delivered to participants and address any inquiries.
    • Assist in writing and managing study documents and protocols.
    • Conduct analyses using software platforms like the R environment.
    • Set up necessary equipment, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
    • Perform all assigned duties with precision and dedication.

    Qualifications:
    BS or BA

    New graduate with relevant coursework or project experience


    Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required:

    • Strong interpersonal skills for participant interaction.
    • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Familiarity with clinical research protocols and computer applications.
    • Solid organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
