    Job description Overview:

    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team.

    As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of landscape laborers and ensuring the successful completion of various landscaping and maintenance projects.

    This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.


    Duties:

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a crew of landscape laborers
    • Plan and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
    • Lead various landscaping duties such as landscape renovations, installations, trimming, planting, and mulching
    • Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols
    • Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure adherence to company standards
    • Lead implementation of landscape projects
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require maintenance or improvement
    • Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs

    Skills:

    • REQUIRED: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide clear instructions
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
    • REQUIRED: Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools
    • REQUIRED: Knowledge plants and their maintenance
    We are a full service Landscape company with lots of new equipment including a mulch blower. We have migrant workers as well to make your job easier.
