    Job Opening:
    Lead Medical Technologist

    We are currently seeking a Medical Technologist to join our healthcare team. If you have a passion for accuracy, precision, and contributing to patient care, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:
    Perform laboratory testing and analysis on patient samples
    Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results
    Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory
    Adhere to laboratory quality control and safety procedures
    Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
    Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
    Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
    Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
