    Description

    Duties, Responsibilities & Experience:
    Write and manage documents. Coordinate review and comment incorporation.
    Maintain Project Server and document configuration.
    Develop and review supporting spreadsheets.
    Track progress and monitor status vs. schedule. Coordinate meetings.

    Involvement with risk analysis, sensitivity analysis, external review coordination, management review coordination, NNSA review coordination, technology readiness assessments, and TMP development.

    Participate on program/project teams affecting execution of strategic program priorities.
    Support initiatives focused on strategic programmatic or tactical execution issue resolution.
    Maintain awareness of and contribute to schedules, performance monitoring status, and management reports.

    Provide timely feedback and recommended solutions to management to improve or mitigate problems affecting execution and coordination between multiple sites.

    Provide written and verbal analysis and recommendations to management.

    Identify effective solutions, including implementing requirements.


    Required Qualifications/ Skills / Experience:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
    8 years supporting projects/programs
    1 to 5 years in a management role (preferred)
    Experience in Life Cycle Cost Estimate development (preferred)
    Experience in Plutonium processing (preferred)
    Baseline development, control, reporting, and change control process support (preferred)
    Familiarity with administrative and technical procedures, practices, and processes affecting programmatic and facility activities
    Ability to perform financial/cost analysis, organizational analysis, performance data gathering, project administration, assessment support
    Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    Experience with multiple integrated projects and programs
    Effective use of computer software including word processing, email, spreadsheets, power point, and databases
    Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" security clearance
    This is a badged position requiring US Citizenship
