Job Summary
The Senior API Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining integration frameworks that enable secure and efficient data exchange between Dynamics 365 Customer Service and enterprise systems like SAP Genesys and other internal third-party applications.This role is instrumental in delivering structured integration solutions that meet performance scalability security standards while supporting business objectives.
The role will play a crucial role in supporting Customer Service workspace on Dynamics 365 collaborating closely with cross-functional teams vendors to build solutions that address complex business challenges This role requires strong communication skills ability to work effectively across teams deliver high-quality solutions enhance efficiency effectiveness Contact Center operations.
- Develop Power automate flows for business automation.
- Design development of integration solutions APIs integrate D365 systems enterprise systems services.
