    Fine Dining Server for "Casse Cou" Pop-Up Dining Experience

    **Overview:**

    Join our team at "Casse Cou," a unique pop-up dining experience curated by Chef Donny featuring a five-course French dining journey. We are seeking experienced fine dining servers to deliver exceptional service throughout June and July. This opportunity requires individuals with a passion for hospitality, a deep knowledge of fine dining etiquette, and expertise in wine, champagne, and specialty cocktails.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests attending the Casse Cou dining experience.

    Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

    Present and explain the evening's menu, including courses, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails.

    Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring preferences and dietary restrictions are noted.

    Serve each course with precision and elegance, following fine dining protocols.

    Maintain knowledge of wine and champagne offerings to assist guests with selections.

    Prepare and serve specialty cocktails with attention to detail and presentation.

    Monitor guests' needs throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests.

    Collaborate closely with Chef Donny and the kitchen team to ensure seamless service timing.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.

    Process payments and provide guests with a delightful conclusion to their dining experience.

    **Requirements:**

    Minimum 5 years of experience as a server in upscale or fine dining establishments.

    Exceptional knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and protocols.

    Proficiency in wine and champagne service, including pairing recommendations.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Detail-oriented with a dedication to maintaining high standards of service.

    Availability to work Thursdays through Saturdays for the entire duration of June and July.
