Job summary

We are seeking a full-time Community Programs Specialist to drive growth within a defined territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across multiple community oriented sales verticals.

We believe that this unique combination of deploying advanced – yet still accessible – hardware, and software has the potential to revolutionize out-of-hospital cardiac arrest response and massively impact SCA survival rates.

Responsibilities

Independently manage a defined geographic territory building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new public sector clients including law enforcement fire/EMS educational institutions municipal organizations.
Proactively engage key decision-makers through a combination of in-person visits outbound calls emails strategic outreach tailoring messaging solutions to client specific needs pain points conduct high-impact product demonstrations presentations effectively showcasing physical SaaS based emergency response safety solutions articulating their value alignment with client goals develop deep product technical expertise current evolving solutions use cases industry best practices consultative advisor prospects clients leverage sales tools platforms organize activities document interactions manage pipeline stages drive performance metrics travel regularly assigned territory strong client relationships on-site visits attend demonstrations close deals person foster trust long-term partnerships diverse audiences organizational structures contribute mission-driven culture embodying passion saving lives meaningful impact life-saving products services
