Shields Health Solutions is looking to hire a Senior Data Financial Analyst, reporting to the Director of Financial Systems and Analytics, to manage weekly and monthly reporting updates, develop efficiency dashboards and reporting through Tableau, the enterprise data warehouse, SQL, and Excel to provide insight into the organizations performance.

Along with this, the Senior Data Financial Analyst will partner directly with senior leaders and department heads to perform weekly and monthly analyses along with ad hoc reporting to identify organization insight.

They will proactively recommend reporting, process, and infrastructure improvements. They will automate business and reporting processes and partner with internal teams to improve workflow.

This role will have high visibility across the corporate team and will interact with key business leaders and executives to support critical business processes, information generation, and insights.
