    We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM functionalities and a strong background in HR.

    As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions to meet their unique business needs

    Key Responsibilities:

    Consultation and Needs Analysis:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements and provide expert guidance on how to leverage Workday HCM effectively

    Implementation and Configuration:
    Lead or assist in the implementation and configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent/Performance, Benefits, Time Tracking, Leave of Absence, Learning and Development and reporting/analytics ensuring that the system aligns with client objectives

    Data Migration:
    Oversee data migration processes, ensuring the accurate transfer of HR data from legacy systems to Workday

    Integration:
    Work with technical teams to integrate Workday HCM with other HR and business systems as needed

    Testing and Quality Assurance:
    Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure the system functions flawlessly

    End-User Training:
    Develop and deliver end-user training sessions and materials to empower clients to effectively use Workday HCM

    Post-Implementation Support:
    Provide ongoing support, address client inquiries, and assist in resolving issues that arise post-implementation

    Continuous Improvement:
    Stay updated on Workday releases and updates, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, IT, Business, etc.).Workday certification in HCM or relevant modules preferred.
    Proven experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
    Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and compliance regulations.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
    Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    A commitment to staying current with Workday product knowledge and industry trends.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
