- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of layout changes and equipment installations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Lead or participate in Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing training, guidance, and support to the manufacturing team.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement statistical process control (SPC) and ensure product quality standards are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in industrial engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and material flow.
- Knowledge of quality control and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
