    Facilitate the recruiting process to include internal/external job postings, candidate sourcing, selection, interviewing, and employment offers. Advise and develop recruitment strategies. Collaborate with leaders to integrate diverse, equitable and inclusive practices into business process/workplaces. Plan and implement training programs. Partner with leaders on performance management, compensation, and succession planning. Conduct workplace investigations. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement. Prepare and monitor Affirmative Action Plans. Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance through periodic audit partnerships. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and benefits. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties as assigned.


    For this role, you have:
    Bachelors degree in human resources or other relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience in related job function. 5+ years of progressive human resources experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Knowledge of HR systems and databases In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
