    We are currently seeking a talented HR Generalist/Manager to join our team on a temporary basis with the opportunity for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess expert knowledge of ADP, have a short commute to the office, and demonstrate a strong background in HR operations.

    Due to the nature of the workforce, we are only seeking Spanish/English speaking candidates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide comprehensive HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

    Serve as an ADP expert, managing payroll, benefits administration, and other HRIS functions.

    Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

    Conduct training sessions for groups of 20 or more employees, covering topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

    Utilize strong analytical skills to generate HR metrics and reports for management review.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

    5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or managerial role.

    Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.

    Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience in writing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

    Additional Skills (Preferred):

    Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR).

    Experience with HRIS implementation and/or system administration.

    Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.

    Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
