PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Adults with endocrine disorders including diabetes
• Patient Volume/Census: To be built collaboratively; Diabetes Clinic support in place
• Case Mix: Endocrine disorders with a focus on diabetes care

FACILITY INFORMATION

• EMR System: Not specified
• Specialty Backup: Yes collaboration with APRN and RN Diabetes Educator
• Support Staff Available: Full clinic support team, including clinical educators and nursing

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: No (100% outpatient)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Experience: Preferred but not required for qualified candidates
• Other Qualifications: - Strong interest in building a new specialty service line - Excellent communication and collaborative skills
