    Job responsibilities:
    Coordinate care activities with the interdisciplinary behavioral health team.

    Document observations, interventions, and patient response in the medical record.

    Support de-escalation approaches consistent with unit policy and scope of practice.

    Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.

    Maintain clear communication during handoffs to support continuity of care.
