Description

Three - six month project - we are seeking a talented data administrator for a clerical project in Lavergne, TN. This position is 100% onsite and requires expertise in Excel, Google Suite, and other Microsoft programs. Experience using SAP is required You will be entering data, moving and transferring data files, downloading and uploading records, proofing, etc. in this role. 25-35/hours/week

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Identify appropriate customer account number and parts numbers
Enter data into SAP system within 24 hours of receipt.
Respond to requests: identifying discrepancies or problems related to records.
Provide clear and concise notes with corrections in the system
Confirm customers' name, address, and billing information are correct. Verify product numbers and specifications and enter this information
Check inventory records in SAP
Utilize Excel spreadsheets to download data
