    The Clinic Manager is responsible for oversight of all operations and administration for a medical clinic(s). The Clinic Manager is responsible for cultivating an environment that achieves the organizations mission through quality in care, efficiency, and a focus on core values. The Clinic Manager will manage the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of contractual requirements with the end goal of delivering a quality experience for the client, provider and communities served. The Clinic Manager will report to the Clinic Operations Manager.

    Responsibilities

    Oversees daily clinic(s) operations to include coordinating and planning work assignments of all clinic staff

    Keeps medical professionals informed about updates to client requirements

    Performs the hiring, training and performance evaluations of staff members, onboarding functions of new employees and daily approvals of employee timekeeping

    Mentors and coaches employees for professional growth and development opportunities in skill, knowledge and empowerment

    Ensures compliance with HIPAA, ADA and other privacy regulations.

    Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent quality, timeliness, and customer service throughout the entire claimant and customer experience

    Responsible for ongoing on-site provider satisfaction through engagement and retention efforts

    Conduct training with assigned staff and implement all policies, procedures, goals and objectives

    Consistently audit clinic(s) to meet established operational and safety standards (e.g., expired supplies, annual fire inspection, fridge temps, sharps disposal, equipment calibration, etc.)

    Managed the clinic's budget, office supply and medical inventory

    Review and analyze clinic(s) metrics to ensure meeting client and company goals (e.g., weekly, quarterly, annually, etc.)

    Orders stock and supplies for the clinic(s)

    Maintains current calibration and sound level meter records of all equipment and environment

    Requirements

    Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently

    Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided

    Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic

    Proficiency in managing budgets, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors

    Competency with computer-based healthcare administration systems, like Kareo and MediXcel EMR.

    Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Possess and demonstrate skills necessary to analyze data and information

    Demonstrate a high standard of business ethics and integrity

    Proficient Microsoft Office Suite

    Understanding of medical terminology

    CPR certification required

    Ability to learn and understand new proprietary software applications

    Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience/combined education

    4+ years of supervisory, leadership or management experience

    Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

    Preferred Requirements

    Master's degree in a related field preferred

    Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.

    Clinic operations experience is a plus

    4+ years of supervisory, leadership or management experience, preferably in a General or Internal Medicine or Occupational Health work environment
