    Responsibilities

    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health plays a crucial role in delivering quality patient care and technical skilled services in the comfort of the patient's home. Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing services within the scope of nursing practice and following the care plan
    • Educating the patient's family on proper care and creating a healthy environment
    • Monitoring and reporting the patient's response to treatment daily

    Education And Experience

    License Requirements

    • Active LPN license in the state of practice
    • Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
    • CPR Certification is mandatory
