    Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

    Position Summary:

    The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for managing scheduled preventive maintenance services, managing small projects such as equipment upgrades and rollouts, and ensuring compliance with state/local government requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Select vendors to perform preventive maintenance and compliance inspections.
    • Scope and schedule services to ensure compliance with state/local government requirements.
    • Monitor budget and adjust services as needed.
    • Perform field inspections to ensure service quality.
    • Manage small projects as assigned.
    • Manage repairs to rental units and other real estate properties.
    • Provide necessary documentation of completed services to appropriate parties.
    • Review vendor performance and identify ways to improve metrics.

    Working Relationships:

    • Internal: Various departments within the organization.
    • External: Vendors, Town Officials, Engineers, General Contractors.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • 1 Year of Experience in Maintenance Planning and Facilities-Related Activities.
    • Proficient in Excel and CMMS Programs.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associates Degree or Higher.
    • 3+ Years of Experience in Maintenance Planning and Facilities-Related Activities.

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent Communication Skills.
    • Organized and Detailed-Oriented.

    Hours and Conditions:

    • M-F 8-4:30 PM.
    • Valid Driver's License Required.
    • Must Complete Background Check to Operate Company Vehicle.

    Travel:

    • As Needed.
