    *Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. As an ER Nurse, you will provide immediate care to patients in critical condition and assist in stabilizing their condition before they are transferred to other departments or discharged. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that requires quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.


    Duties:

    • Assess patients' conditions upon arrival and triage based on the severity of their injuries or illnesses
    • Administer medications, including IV infusion and injections, as prescribed by physicians
    • Perform various medical procedures such as IV insertion, specimen collection processing, and pain management
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and provide appropriate interventions as needed
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Assist in emergency medical procedures such as intubation, defibrillation, and CPR
    • Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR)
    • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during times of crisis
