Job summary
The Reception Pit Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the anaerobic digester reception pit which includes inspecting weighing and conducting initial cleaning of material before they enter the digesters. This role involves a combination of monitoring maintenance and operational tasks to include the operation of equipment to ensure the optimal performance of the digestive process and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Responsibilities
- Ability to operate monitor digesters control input materials into digesters monitor equipment gauges charts related to digesters performance temperature ph biogas etc.
- Perform light maintenance adjustment tasks on digester equipment troubleshooting addressing operational issues properly adjusts production machines ensure efficiency quality accuracy minimal loss product daily setup operation production machines operating machines production standards maintains accurate inventory supplies needed operate machine document product specs completing daily reports.
