Key responsibilities include providing individual and group therapeutic interventions tailored inmates mental health needs conducting psychosocial assessments mental health intake evaluations performing risk assessments implementing appropriate interventions offering behavioral health consultation multi-disciplinary clinical teams correctional personnel providing crisis intervention de-escalation techniques as required during mental health emergencies supporting leading care coordination efforts patients transitioning back community requiring ongoing behavioral health services initiating maintaining patient treatment plans guide ongoing care participating team meetings discuss patient progress update care strategies assisting planning implementing goals objectives clinical programs projects leading participating in-service training programs assist orientation new staff members preparing necessary documentation including treatment records reports compliance with regulations adhering standard precautions utilizing personal protective equipment PPE maintain safety performing duties assigned management ensure smooth operations facility#INDT1J' Access all high-level positions and get the job of your dreams.
