- Drive the launch of the maintenance division in alignment with Capozza's strategic objectives.
- Build and manage a team of maintenance technicians, starting with three members and expanding based on business requirements.
- Proactively sell maintenance contracts, nurture client relationships, and integrate maintenance services into each sale and project completion.
- Supervise scheduling, equipment maintenance, and procurement of supplies.
- Create and execute a comprehensive training program for the maintenance team, emphasizing quality and productivity.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar managerial role within a commercial construction environment, with knowledge of commercial flooring or facilities management considered advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized self-starter with a drive to achieve objectives.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web applications, and a willingness to learn new flooring software.
