Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to individuals of all ages. New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' occupational therapy needs.
Implement therapeutic interventions and activities to improve patients' independence and quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in CA.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
