Job summary
The Maintenance Director supervises the maintenance department and is responsible for the efficient function of physical plant and environmental systems as well as the appearance and upkeep of the community grounds.Responsibilities
- Schedule repair and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Daily follow up of the TELS system for building management and tracking of Life Safety and maintenance services/repairs.
- Direct and participate in maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
