- Review, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounting activities
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Analyze profit and loss statements for a variety of entities
- Assist with annual budgets and reviews
- Prepare financial statements as directed
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and in accordance to GAAP
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects assigned by Controller and VP of Accounting
- Associates Degree in Accounting Required, Bachelors Degree in Accounting Preferred
- 4+ years of month-end close accounting experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Great Plains Software Experience preferred
- Ability to think critically and adapt to business needs
