    What we need
    We are looking for Recruiter to join Symbotic, a face pace robotics company.

    We are seeking a recruiter who will drive the full-cycle recruiting experience in partnership with candidates and the hiring manager.

    We need someone who is excited to identify and hire top talent across all organizations with a focus on Customer Operations and Supply Chain Organizations.

    We are on the verge of explosive growth and looking for an outstanding recruiter, who is excited to operate in a start-up, to medium-sized company.

    What we do

    The Talent Acquisition team is part of the Human Resources organization which is responsible for partnering with Symbotic employees during the employment life cycle; starting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, learning and development, and employee general support.

    The Talent Acquisition team supports the organization by engaging, attracting, and identifying top talent into the Symbotic organization.
    What you'll do

    Full cycle Recruiting with a strong focus on sourcing and partnering with Hiring Managers in diverse disciplines.
    Sourcing of top caliber professionals - sourcing is a key component of your success here.
    Recruiting for and closing passive candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
    Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
    Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements; essentially "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role
    Conduct pre-screens and efficiently move candidates through our process Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

    Work with the Manager of Talent Acquisition and the existing Talent team on a daily basis to define and build a strong, sustainable talent acquisition process.

    Work on special projects and recruiting initiatives that raise the bar on talent acquisition for the organization.

    What You'll Need

    Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
    Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience.
    Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting from Sourcing to Offer Negotiation and Delivery.
    Strong collaborative skills and flexibility in fulfilling multiple roles.
    Exceptional organization and communication skills.
    Strong track record of planning and executing candidate management.
    Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday a plus.
    Knowledge of the Robotics space plus.
