Job Summary:

The Procurement Specialist at Dalkia Energy Solutions will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities for the company's operations in San Antonio, Texas.

This individual will work closely with other departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with the potential for growth within the company.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, salaried administrative position with a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as healthcare, 401k, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all procurement processes for Dalkia Energy Solutions in San Antonio, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure highquality and costeffective procurement solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on procurement processes and best practices.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Implement costsaving strategies and negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all procurement activities.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and new procurement technologies to continually improve the procurement process and reduce costs.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
23 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
Knowledge of supply chain and procurement best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
