We are looking for a Claims Insurance Coordinator to support our Legal and Risk Management Department by managing daily Auto Liability, General Liability and Workers' Compensation claims.
Responsibilities
- Support handling and coordination of assigned Auto Liability claims including intake documentation investigation ongoing communication collection organizing accident reports staff statements work-related documents related records report claims accurately timely insurance carriers Third-Party Administrators TPAs maintain organized complete claim files accordance company policies best practices maintain legal case matrix log letters representation coordinate with legal HR defense counsel collect transmit personnel claim records support alignment claims handling litigation procedures legal timelines policy documentation assist wage statements state-required Workers Compensation forms support Certificates of Insurance COI tracking annual distribution initiate follow-ups timely claim progression resolution escalate complex high-risk exception-based matters Senior Risk Manager
