This is a contingent requisition for future efforts Lead develop and streamline the Director's Action Group DAG support functions Draft consolidate coordinate and edit executive-level documentation to ensure consistency with organizational strategic objectives , make recommendations and prepare briefings point papers and other materials based on analysis of complex policy issues and documents Participate in external committees Integrated Process Teams IPTs working groups and task forces Ensure critical information is disseminated to internal and external agencies including the OSD ODNI ,,
Responsibilities
Lead develop maintain DAG support functions to include recognition programs training security Manage NRO TIER actions for supported office Coordinate responses assess accuracy prior to senior management review Monitor progress on actions generate metrics demonstrate accountability meeting deadlines quality expectations Prepare periodic reports action status keep leadership aware late pending new actions Disseminate policy legislative changes appropriate parties internal NRO Draft proofread edit provide final review internal external correspondence Maintain quality control presentations audiences up to NRO-Level Participate DAG-related meetings Manage records generated during execution Directorate projects programs IA W Federal Laws Regulations as well as NRO Directives Instructions ,Job description
