The Department will lead, guide and implement the initiatives while working with partners within and outside of the EA organization, along with leading the Technology Architecture Board and Architecture Working Groups. This role will have the opportunity to lead and drive enterprise efforts by working closely with teams within Technology. Responsibility for leading the review, implementation and administration of tools used within the Enterprise Architecture team. Tools such as, Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Enterprise Architecture Management tools. **What Youll Do:**

Responsible for the Enterprise Architecture Management tool

+ Facilitate the selection process

+ Manage the implementation

+ Ongoing Administration and configuration

+ Educate the users within the organization, tool best practices

Partner with various teams to collect/manage information from various sources

+ Organize Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Portfolio Management processes (supports Mainframe Migration, ITSM, Cloud migration, etc.)

Manage projects to help EA get stood up

+ Light facilitation of third party engagements

**Skills and Competencies**

Understanding of APIs and integration patterns

Advanced knowledge of system administration fundamentals and scripting languages

Organized with close attention to detail

Agile mindset

Good written and verbal communication

High level understanding of application development

Proficient in tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Visio and Jira

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate: Hiring Minimum: $89,642

Hiring Maximum: $152,634
