    Key Responsibilities:

    Organize and maintain case and client files.

    - Manage case and client information through electronic databases.

    - Coordinate information gathering for discovery.

    - Assist with drafting and editing legal documents.

    - Support attorneys in preparation for hearings and conferences.

    - Participate in research and analysis for class actions.

    - Coordinate communication and planning for multiple client matters.

    - Assist with administrative tasks such as document production and client management.

    - Conduct fact investigation and research.

    - Maintain confidentiality of information.

    - Use Microsoft 365 proficiently.

    - Travel and work flexible hours as needed.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree required.

    - 1 year of internship or professional experience preferred.

    - Independent, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Highly organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    - Ability to handle confidential information.

    - Proficient in Microsoft 365.

    - Flexibility to travel and work evening hours.

    Salary Information:

    Salary range for New York positions: $52, - $84,.

    - Final salary will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience and other factors.

    - Total compensation package may include benefits such as medical, financial, and paid time off.

    - Salary may be modified at any time based on performance and market factors.
