- The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Licensure as LPC/MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
- Clinicians with EMDR experience will be favorably considered
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children or adolescents
- Experience with couples counseling
- Experience with health psychology

Compensation:
Bearden Behavioral Health has provided outpatient mental health services to the greater Knoxville community for over eight years. We have serviced thousands of clients, providing outpatient therapy across lifespans in addition to medication management and psychological evaluations.
