Hope Ranch Learning Academy is a private Christian school in Pasco County, Florida set on a horse ranch serving the unique needs of students with Autism and unique abilities. We are growing rapidly and are looking for adaptable, self-motivated, and collaborative teacher assistants for our new classrooms. Our students see tremendous growth because of our small class sizes with a max student-teacher ratio of 8:1.     Qualifications:
    • AA degree (preferred).
    • 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities (preferred).
    • Level 2 Background Check.

    Responsibilities:
    • Follow Lead Teacher's weekly lesson plans.
    • Support classroom management.
    • Conduct limited grading.
    • Adapt lessons to meet student needs.
    About Hope Ranch Learning Academy:

    Our non-Denominational Christian Private School is set on a wooded horse ranch, and we focus on students with Autism and other learning disabilities. We use innovative teaching and classroom management techniques which include the Teaching Family Model and horse interaction as part of the academic experience.Classrooms consist of 1 Lead Teacher, 1-2 Teaching Assistants and a maximum of 15 students. The Elementary classroom has a 5:1 Student to Instructor ratio and our Middle and High School Classroom has a max of 8:1 Student to Instructor ratio.
