Senior Reliability Manager - Big Spring, United States - Abacus Solutions Group

Description

One of our growing clients is looking for a Senior Manager of Reliability to oversee the continuous improvement and safety of company equipment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Engineers, ensuring day-to-day operations are running seamlessly.
Create and implement programs to support reliability targets.
Ensure risk is mitigated and appropriately managed by using methodologies such as, RCFA and FMEA.
Oversee department budgets.
Manage reliability improvement scopes and analyze metrics to identify performance trends.
Carryout reliability programs/initiatives throughout cross functional departments.
Ensure relevant engineering standards are being adhered to for equipment repairs and upgrades.


Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required.
8+ years of relevant experience, with 4 years experience in refining.
Proficiency in API and ASME.
Masters or MBA preferred.

Compensation:

160k - 180k plus 15% bonus
