Required Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience in reliability engineering
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields
Reliability experience on power semiconductor products (Si, SiC, Discrete, power module)
Understanding of reliability failure mechanisms of power semiconductor products
Understanding of semiconductor fab and package materials and processes
Experience with statistical analysis software (JMP, minitab, Weibull) and Microsoft Office products

Job Description

As a Reliability engineer, you will have the opportunity of leading the qualifications of advanced technologies and participating in a broad range of reliability activities in a highly dynamic working environment.

You will be part of multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative products at a high-quality level.

Performance Objectives
Collaborate with technology development teams for reliability assessments.
Review existing reliability issues and potential issues with new technologies, materials, or processes.
Create reliability assessment plans to discover potential reliability issues.
Conduct statistical data analysis to understand and to report reliability assessment results.
Collaborate with internal labs for reliability stress tests and failure analyses.
Develop and implement new reliability test methods with internal labs.
Design accelerated reliability stress tests to develop or verify reliability stress (acceleration) models.

Compensation
$165k to $185k annually.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
